	- What are the plant varieties and pricing
	rules?

We cooperate with many orchid gardens in Asia. Before importing plants, we
must understand and master the variety and quantity of orchid gardens,
export qualifications, and breeding qualifications of endangered plants.
After we are confirmed as our suppliers, we will have specific quality
	requirements for them.
Our external price (spot or pre-order price) is calculated based on the
latest import cost. As long as the cost of the plant is different, the
selling price must be different. We never have many varieties at one price.
Suppliers evaluate plant prices based on: plant variety, growth cycle,
degree of growth, popularity and scarcity of plant varieties. There are a
large number of different orchid gardens self-crossed and cultivated (only
	for export, not sold locally).
Our advice to customers is that the selection of orchids mainly depends on
the variety of the plant, the preference for flowers, uniqueness, and
uniqueness. If you just want to find large bunches of flowers, you can find
orchids produced in the local market of Canada, which are not suitable for
	import pre-order purchases.

	- Do website prices change?

In order to ensure the lowest price of plants, we will adjust the price at
any time. The spot price adjustment factor is the maintenance cost, and the
order price adjustment factor is the latest purchase cost. At any time, the
price when the customer places an order is the confirmed transaction price.
No matter how the website price changes later, the order confirmation price
	shall prevail.
The only special case is how our supplier temporarily adjusts the price of
some varieties, such as an increase of more than 20%, we will discuss with
the customer to make up the difference or cancel the order.

	- How to judge the size of plants?

The size of the plants marked on the website can be considered as an
assessment of the growth period of the plant. In general, BS represents
plants that can bloom (maybe mature, will bloom soon or have bloomed
before), and NBS represents plants that can basically bloom (basically
mature) , will flower soon), SS represents a growing plant (not yet mature,
continue to grow and wait for flowering).

	- How about the plant packaging you got?

The plant itself grows in moss or bark. When imported to Canada, according to the
requirements of the Canadian government, the original moss will be removed
and the moss used for packaging will be updated. Therefore, customers get
plants whose roots are wrapped in moss. Some plants, such as Cymbidium, will
use bare root moisturizing packaging because their roots are too large.
For locally picked up or delivered plants, they will be handed over in paper
bags. For mailing plants, it will be shipped in our summer or winter
packaging (please refer to the mailing service instructions at the top of
the page for details). Regardless of the way of handover, the customer will
get a formal invoice with a tax number when he gets the plant.

	- How do you know the size of the
blooms, how do you know if the blooms are scented?

There are so many plant varieties and we can't check them all. Please
communicate with other flower lovers or Google to find the answer for this
	information.

	- What is the quality of the plants?

We will supervise the quality of plants on behalf of our customers. If we
encounter plants that are not in good condition, we will first raise them
until the plants recover. Therefore, if the customer finds that the plant is
really unhealthy (please refer to the treatment of health problems and
after-sales in the lower part of this article first), please take a photo
and keep it for us. Will replace the same plant next time.

	- Will there be pests or viruses?

We only cooperate with orchid gardens with export qualifications in Asia,
who have very strict pest and plant virus management. The cooperation has
never found any relevant situation so far.

	- Do orchids have buds?

Experienced orchid friends know that if the plant has relatively large buds,
after removing and replacing the root sphagnum moss, packaged and shipped,
there are many environmental temperature differences in summer and winter,
and humidity changes, many buds will drop in the next week (of course. Not
100%). Therefore, we will ask our suppliers to help us judge and provide us
with suitable flowers with pedicels (Oncidium, Phalaenopsis), flower sheaths
(Cattleya) (the flower sheaths are facing the light and the inner buds are
visible), try our best to Let Orchid lovers get the results of his careful
care after a period of simple maintenance.

Plants are living things, and each one is different. If there is any quality
problem, please feel free to communicate with us for return or replace. If
it is only a small problem, please be considerate and include. If you are
just looking for the perfect plant, please purchase the plants in our stock
